6- How can #artsmgtchat be better? Areas of improvement?

I haven't attended one yet.
.
Not sure, it seems great to me!

Maybe consider having members submit topics of interest and then address the most prominent ones? Also, to avoid repetition, maybe set a theme for the discussion and have participants bring their own questions to the discussion based on the theme. Just ideas...the artsmgtchat has been great so far!
Won't ever happen for me during work hours.
Twitter chats are fun, but online discussion forums can be more in-depth and have discussions which are preserved for future reference. I'd love to see a transcript of the chats (or of chat highlights: time-consuming but more helpful), with the ability to then have an online forum discussion about each topic.

It's important to choose a topic for each chat as early as possible, so that it can be marketed for several days (or weeks) in advance.

FYI: there is a #artsmgmt hashtag in use off and on. I started it up years ago...it was never a 'chat' but could be helpful to use when continuing the conversation between official 'chats.'
So far, so good. Maybe a lower # of questions to allow more input.
