How do you measure success?

I would measure success by happy united family life and being happy in my job, being able to contribute to the success of the business and job satisfaction.
I measure success by utilizing my strengths to my full potential that assists other in living in their passion.
I measure success in smiles :) :)
If what I'm doing makes a positive impact on someone's life
then I am successful. When I was a child my grandmother used to quote a scripture - "there is more happiness in giving than there is in receiving" (or words to that effect) and it is very true. I agree with you Anne-Marie - pay it forward. By putting smiles on other people's faces you'll end up with a smile on your face. Money and other material rewards will no doubt follow :)
Ensuring I'm on track with the goals I set for myself by checking in regularly, and ensuring that I am enjoying the journey - and not just focused on the destination. And, most important of all, is that I'm helping and making a REAL difference in people lives that I meet along the way. Pay it forward!

Peace of mind and happiness
