I work for an NGO for free. I can see direct impact that my work causes in helping people. It's really difficult to find an open-source project that you can contribute to in a big way and see impact 2

Haven't found a project that interests me.

Wife would kick my ass for "wasting my time" on something that takes time away from our family without financial recompense.
