Yes, they make a difference and I am buying more consciously even if it costs me more.

I need to look at the price first and when the price is right I am looking at whether this company is doing some CSR / Sustainability work as well.

CSR/Sustainability definitely influences my purchasing decisions
but price is also a (practical) consideration. I may spend more
but I am more likely to abstain where I feel I cannot support a particular product
company or industry
