Do you use Guids (UNIQUEIDENTIFIER) as primary keys in SQL Server?

guid is inefficient

Depends.

Only use GUID's when I have to sync multiple databases with a contral server.

Depends - Ints or Natural keys

Depends on what makes sense for the application

depends on expected amount but I prefer numeric keys
